Interior Designer Position

Job Perks

  • Choice. You decide how many clients you take and when. Never miss a soccer game or beach vacation.

  • No 9am-5pm. Make your own hours.

  • Constant creativity. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be actively creating designs every day you work.

  • Design freedom. Select pieces from unlimited stores. Unlike our competitors, you don’t have to choose from a small catalog of options.

  • Never boring. We work in different styles and with different clients every week.

  • Small but mighty. We’re a close-knit team with lots of direct support.

  • Deep discounts. Access our designer discounts of up to 40% for your personal purchases.

  • A group of peers. Virtually connect with our awesome team of designers during optional weekly sourcing circles.

What We Offer

  • Flexibility. You can set your own schedule.

  • Competitive pay. Designers working for AID can expect to earn between $50,000- $90,000, depending on whether they are part-time or full-time.

  • A steady stream of clients scheduled for you. Our firm handles all of the marketing and administration for you, so you are free to focus on what you do best — designing.

  • Excellent training. We’ve mastered the art of giving our clients what they need while maximizing their budget and the designer’s time. New designers will be well trained in our process so you can get up and running with confidence.

  • A great team. We’re a close team who truly enjoys working together, even if it is mostly via Skype. We have monthly brainstorming sessions and bi-annual parties.

  • Work where you want. After the client site visits, you decide where/when you do your design work. Design in your pajamas or work in a local coffee shop.
