Clients Love Kelsey

Kelsey is very easy to be around, whip-smart, and the ideas - and explanations underlying them - flow out of her rapidly and coherently.
— Carl G.
I worked with Kelsey almost a year ago, and I can honestly say I am still so happy with the results. From start to finish, it was a completely spectacular experience.
— Rachel H.
Kelsey was flexible. When I couldn’t find something or I wasn’t excited about a particular piece, she replied with an alternative piece and a reason why she picked it. Almost everything that she picked out, I got. She kept me within my budget and still made my apartment feel comfortable and welcoming.
— Neal L.
Kelsey really took the time to get to know us and helped us put together a really great design that was well within our budget.
— Irene T.
Kelsey did a great job. She got my style right and put the place together to make it look great. The price was right compared to other services.
— Kevin M.
Kelsey did a great job of taking into account my personality, profession, and nuances to source an amazing list. There is tremendous value in using Affordable Interior Design’s services as their decorating ideas helped me create my zen place...

Kelsey's bio

Kelsey Surock is a graduate from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Interior Design. She also spent time studying Interior Architecture and Urban Design at DIS in Copenhagen, Denmark.  She previously worked for the Giorgio Armani store development and interior design team where she took part in the design of the Armani Store on 5th Avenue as well as working on residential spaces for some of Armani's VIP clients.

She later began painting murals and working on landscape projects for both commercial and residential spaces throughout New York City. After studying different aspects of indoor and outdoor design, she discovered that by combining both elements, a beautiful design concept could transform a space into a livable work of art.
